Our Construction Services include:
Coordination of all parties associated with the project including achitects, general contractors, consultants, and others.
Attend and drive project meetings.
Support in the negotiating of change orders and the procurement of contracts.
Review the contractor’s requisitions for payment.
Review and comment on the proposed punch list of items to be performed prior to the final completion of the project.
Review requests for additional compensation and extensions of time by engineers, contractors, and other vendors and submit recommendations to the homeowner, and assist in negotiating these items.
Assist in identifying long lead items.
Coordinate tests required to be procured by the owner.
Provide timeline and comprehensive reporting to the homeowner on all of these items.

This includes coordinating with prospective general contractors to help clients receive the best services that fit their project and budget.
Throughout the duration of the project, we will manage the budget and make sure that it stays on track. If there are any requests for additional compensation from contractors, we will review their requests and submit recommendations to the clients on how they should proceed.
